Notification of planned upgrades - 18-04-2010@02:00:00
At Kingston Communications (KC) we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. To deliver this, we are investing £2.8million on a strategic transformation programme that will ultimately upgrade our networks to a Next Generation Network (NGN). Overall this will improve the reliability and performance of the network, bringing you a better online experience.

When and how will this happen?
From March this year, a series of planned network upgrades are taking place. We will be keeping you informed at each stage of the process. The next adjustment will take place on 18th April during the early hours of the morning and may last several hours.
This means that customers who are online at this time will experience a disruption to their connection. This will affect any online activity, including scheduled downloads and online back-ups. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Reconnection will happen automatically.
We will keep you updated on further programmes as they occur.

I assume this applies to ADSL2+ customers only?

Would have thought it applied to the whole network in general, but whether it will "improve" things on MAX is a different story.

Kudos for engaging with your customers by all means available, do you have any time frames for FTC or FTTH?
