Working for KC Communications, Carr Lane

Can somebody tell me more about working for KC in Carr lane office, as the customer service assistant(via phone). How is the work etc.

I have worked for KC for 8 years - on balance I have to say that its very good.
All places have their highs and lows - there are things I would change if I was the top man , but there are tons of good stuff about it aswell.

They just did a staff survey and the satisfaction rate was really high, and I can imagine why,  the work I do is valued by my boss who is a good guy, and most people are really friendly. Its not Google, but its good and if you put in the work, you get a lot back. Nice folks and lots of interesting stuff going on.
