Eclipse Broadband (owned by KC) is trialling BT's fibre to the cabinet technology. Note this is outside of Hull but I thought it might be of interest.

I wonder why they have gone down this route?  Are they improving in BT Land first because if they don't they will fall behind the competition and loose business?
They don't have that problem in Hull do they..

KCOM are acting like a cartel in Hull and holding us to ransom.
