i know me daft b ut you think karoo would send you a reminder out in the post even know your on paperless billing
jut aving a moan because h ad phone cut off today lol

i thought it would make sense to but kc wouldnt list plus i thought they wud have to wait more the 14 days to cut me off plus give some notice in writing

Aye surely they should send a 'red' bill warning of pending action if the bill is not paid, despite paperless billing.

bill was due to paid 5thnovember cut of 19th
i said you should of sent a letter out but all they were saying is your paperless sir
must say they did not charge me to re connect because i paid the up same day that got disconnected lol

Why not set up a direct debit, they estimate your usage, and theres a monthly payment, no more worries.
You can always check the billing site.
