I can only recommend that people return the Ofcom consultation paper stating how unhappy they are with Ofcom's findings.
Admittedly it's a bit complicated, but the more people kick up a stink using the 'correct paperwork' the more notice they are forced to take.
They work for us remember!

Oh, you could always send this chap an email in response to Ofcoms consultation: david.clarkson@ofcom.org.ukYou could even start it along the lines of: Subject: open consultation on the review of the wholesale broadband access markets 2006/07As a customer of Kingston Communications, I wish to voice my concern over Ofcom's intention not to place pricing controls upon KCs wholesale broadband offering.
I believe that in not placing said controls upon KC, Ofcom is not helping to ensure that KC operates a fair policy of access to its network. This perpetuates a monopoly environment, dissuades business, investment and innovation in Hull and area.
I am formally petitioning you to establish sterner controls upon KC, and would appreciate your response to this.
Regards
Dylan
(But swapping my name for yours, obviously!)

Would you mind if someone copied this onto the Thinkbroadband forums? I think we need as many people as possible to email this guy from Karoo email addresses.
Mike
PS: I have emailed the above to all the other people I know on Karoo and urge everyone else to do the same, to get this guy inundated with emails from Karoo customers.

Oh and, nearly forgot - could you put a link to the post that you make at thinkbroadband back here please. It'd be nice to see how many people are sending messages to this guy, and what sort of reply they get back.
Dyls.

I'm about to send my email too, but can anyone clear up why the last date an email can be sent i t this seemingly random and arbitrary date of Feb 8th? Is there anything significant about this date that I'm totally missing here? Also, great template Dylan, appreciate it.
