KC phone bill

Hi, I set up a direct debit nearly a month ago to pay my telephone bill with KC and when I log into KC Online, it says my method of payment is direct debit and I got the confirmation letter weeks ago.

On the 15th of this month I got a, "your bill is ready to view online" e-mail, but they havent taken the money for it yet.

Anyone know what day of the month they usually collect the money from your account?

My last bill was available to view online on the 15th April. The direct debit payment wasn't taken from my account until 5th May so I shouldn't worry.

Ok cheers matey, didnt want to get charged twice.

KC already screwed me for 40 quid the other month and have refused to repay me a duplicate payment.

( Even though they admitted they charged me twice in error - long story, might go to small claims court yet, just out of principle. )

Some more bad publicity after all, I`d contact all the papers and that orange dood on calendar. All we can do and all that ) lmao.

KCs billing system is so bad it can only take payments for ADSL on the 15 of the month, what does that say about a company that claims to be technology focused and if it is one month in advance how come people have there accounts suspended for not paying the ADVANCED payment. after all they have paid for the broadband until the 15th of the next month.
