Looks like its the link to London which is bust... Downloads from http://test.adriandaz.co.uk and http://fuller.zen.co.uk/test are fine, latency is low too. These are Manchester way... Anything which comes from the London route is slow, high latency and suffers packet loss

HU6 here too, was trying to watch something on iPlayer, kept stopping to buffer, line stats all fine, but large packet drop.
Also trying to watch something on iPlayer (Top Gear Botswana Special) and is 5 seconds of play, 10 minutes of buffering. Karoo == Epic Fail.

HU7 (Kingswood)........ FINALLY !!!!!!!!
01.20 AM and my tinternet connection has JUST come back online..... been off since 14.10 yesterday afternoon...
what a set of Sri Lankas!! they lose the whole friggin network and to make things even worse not only do they do it on a Saturday afternoon but they turn their ***KIN phones off at 5pm .... 3 hrs of constant trying on both the Tech un-Help-ful and the Customer non-Service numbers without getting through only to be told at 5.01pm that they've shut up shop for the night !!
can ANYONE on God's green earth tell me why we have to put up with this set of 4th rate useless tossbags ?
personally I can think of far better uses for Bin Laden's explosives !!!!!!!!

Banshee - The 'Next update Due' is just the date of the last update, plus the expected duration of the problem.

Thats the problem with Karoo THEY ARE A JOKE
Something else why has no one bothered making a statement about turning Hull and surrounding into a Black hole of connectivity and closing commerce in the area.
They are now costing this area millions in loss productivity and other forms of entertainment. The world is now wired and an essential part of life. My kids sulked until I went out and got takeaway and a film.
KCom you’re a bunch of Muppets there is no way any other provider in this country would have such a shambles of a project. You should hang your head in shame.
I for one will be making sure I do my upmost to avoid dealing with your second rate back room business.
Regards Hobbs

This is appalling, The fact KC seem to cock up their service from time to time. From the amount we pay in accordance to the service we receive there should not be any downtime, Similar to last time when their Authentication server "Ceased" - "We knew this piece of equipment would reach capacity at some point, We just didn't think this soon" Wonder what it was this time? Core Router? Its getting beyond a joke and something needs to be done!

Dave, try turning your router off at the wall. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. Dyls
