Got letter from karoo saying my direct debit had been returned twice as not enough money in bank account. I have to immediately pay the fee of £34.43 together with a £20 plus vat admin fee on top before they will reinstate my account.

This is for the phone line that i do not even use!

So not only have i know got 2 bankers fee for non payment Karoo are also charging me...can they do this???

Money is so tight at present as recently became unemployed that i feel this is not fair and could be the end of my internet Sad

have you had any letters off kc before they tried to take the debit the 2nd time

Doesn't really matter whether your using the service or not bud, if you have it you also have to pay for it I'm afraid. Having said that you should have had a letter from Karoo the first time the DD was refused.. Angry
If you ring them and explain that things are a little difficult at the moment they may well waiver the £20 admin charges, but of course you will still have the £34.43 to find.
Give them a call bud you may find them quite helpful but I don't know for sure... Roll Eyes

Sorry forgot to update this, i got in touch with karoo and providing i paid the bill on that day they would drop the admin fee...needless to say i did Smiley
