Doesn't really matter whether your using the service or not bud, if you have it you also have to pay for it I'm afraid. Having said that you should have had a letter from Karoo the first time the DD was refused..

If you ring them and explain that things are a little difficult at the moment they may well waiver the £20 admin charges, but of course you will still have the £34.43 to find.
Give them a call bud you may find them quite helpful but I don't know for sure...
