it's always good to use one of their routers when you ring tech support and it's disconnecting then they can't use the classic comment of ' it's your router
Yeah spot on there bud...I had disconnecting problems and they blamed the Netgear Router I was using...

So I changed to the Thompson one supplied by Karoo, the disconnections continued as before but now it was my telephone extension lead that was the problem...
