I would keep complaining, and if they do not resolve your problem, than you may be able to leave the contract because they are simply unable to provide the services in which they promise to you when you signed up.
If they manage to fix your issue, which technically they should do everything in thier power to do so, its all good.

Alternatively, I imagine that thier is some kind of termination protocol which can be applied, which are often reduced prices that you have to pay for the remainder of your contract, however this should be far cheaper than if you keep the service and just downgrade. By terminating, you will lose your KC service, but this will mean you can then move onto a alternative provider, such as AirNet etc.

Give them a ring, and ask about termination fees etc - or check the website.

i will do that find out and stuff and just get a phone for incoming calls from airnet

Edit: just checked and if i terminate my contract with kc then the full amout is due but if i downgrade then terminate it will be cheeper

Have you reported your fault to the TS team? It's not quite clear if you have or not.

Full amount? Wow, KC really do exploit thier customers.

Personally though, I would at least give them a chance to fix the problems by reporting them to thier technical support team, as they have to try everything in thier power to do so.

If they can't fix the issue, then you will have a gateway out of the contract, because they are not providing the services that you signed up for.

It might be worth trying to get to root of the disconnections, if you can try another router, filter etc to rule out your equipment, as they will ask you to do that, also see if you can try the connection from the test socket, by removing the faceplate off your main socket, this will then exclude problems from your internal wiring.

Hi Dunny

Very sorry to see your posts on the forums - if you send your tel number and details to consumerservices@karoo.co.uk, we'll get a senior technician to have another look into this for you.

thanks
