My accommodation agents changed they company name. They sad they have sent application form to KC so they can connect the users back. Also they sad It's gonna take upto 24hrs for KC to put me back, but It is already 4 days.How long does it realy takes?

I tried to call KC but they sad I cant access account coz am not the owner.
