Having just had a convo with karoo about something, they noticed while looking at my line that i was losing over a 1.5mb somewhere, after checking at their end i was asked to remove the panel on the master socket and plug the modem into that. Once connected it showed my sync speed at around 6mb(what it should of been) I was told that something internal was causing the loss in speed. once off the phone i decided to remove the bell wire and now i'm syncing at 6mb
